R V Ravindran - Ravi, as he is popularly called, is an Industry veteran. He has been involved in the coffee for about three and half decades in various capacities - initially with the State Trading Corporation (an organization under the Government of India), and later as the General Manager of Adam & Co, a leading Commodity Brokerage house. He co-founded RV Commodities in 2012 and has continued his fine run in the Industry since then.​
On the one hand, he has played an Advisory role to several new Indian aspirants in becoming Coffee Exporters and on the other hand, introduced many International Coffee Traders to Indian Coffee as well by sharing his knowledge with them. Some of them have gone on to establish their own set-up in India. He has also partnered with the Industry's largest names in expanding their volumes both in Exports and also in import of other Origin Coffees for their soluble Industry. Additionally, he has played various roles in the Industry like Trade facilitator, Quality Assessor, Arbitrator, Coffee Taster among others. He was also a Member of Coffee Board, Government of India. He has travelled widely in Europe and Asia, visiting Consumers and Producers.
R Vijayalakshmi - Viji, as she is popularly known, is a very senior trader. She started off in the coffee trade in 1985 at Adam & Co, out of an interest for trading, and quickly got hooked. Over the years, she has built a vast network of growers, traders and roasters around the world, and has handled thousands of contracts, performing the challenging role of matching supply & demand. She is very familiar with the various challenges that are typical of agri commodities, and handles this with an experienced hand. RVCS' clients appreciate her commitment and perseverance.

Anil Ravindran: Anil is the newest member of the Management Team, and joins the coffee industry following close to 11 years of international Management Consulting experience. He has extensive experience in the areas of profit improvement, and has advised global companies in this regard. He specifically focused on Sales & Marketing strategy and optimization for Consumer Goods companies. He is a Management Graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
At a personal level, Anil is keenly interested in environmental sustainability - he is an organic farmer, and also actively practices urban farming. He is pursuing a formal permaculture course as well.

Ananda Rao: Ananda is Manager at RV Commodities. He has over 20 years of experience in coffee, and performs the key roles of Quality Assurance as well as the critical post-agreement processes. On the quality front, he is a qualified Robusta Q Grader, and is highly experienced in grade standards, visuals & cup characteristics. The post-agreement processes are key to ensuring seamless contracting and further downstream activities, and Ananda runs these with an experienced hand.
